Lee has a BA in music performance from University of the Arts and has been playing professionally since 2005. While maintaining a busy schedule performing and producing, he teaches private music lessons to students who are interested in furthering their musical development.
Lee has performed with countless ensembles all over the Philadelphia area and beyond. As a jazz bassist he performed with many Philly jazz heavyweights such as Larry McKenna, Tony Miceli, Matt Davis, Meg Clifton, and Chris Farr. He was the bassist on two albums by Easton's jazz and R&B singer Doug Hawk. He currently records and performs regularly with pop/R&B singer Kate Faust and indie rock band Upperfields, as well as performing original music and DJ sets as leBeet. Recently he has produced music for jazz singer Najwa Parkins and recorded with jazz-funk trio ill Delta.
